This Bank is supposedly a Family to Military Men hand Woman and that's the BIGGEST LIE USAA makes. My Brother Terry Bratton passed away The First of March 21 and he had cash back checking and a savings account that He had added me as a user. After His Death , USAA sent a few letters and in last said was to inform estate( His) (key word used by USAA) his USAA cash back checking was closed and was charged off and debt was sold to another company and was June 2021. 3 months later when my federal PELL GRANT and Federal Student Loans were still set to go into the old Cash back Checking. So USAA does an illegal reopen of charge off and takes college money of former service member clearly made out to Leslie Jason Fulwiler and nothing to Estate and swallows and takes over $3,000 leaving me now as of Dec 2 2021 a dropout of College I couldn't pay along with a student loan that I'll have to pay back. Worst bank experience period and they have REFUSED FROM CEO DOWN TO DO A SINGLE THING TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. SO IM ASKING YOU TO like ,share and repost this everyday until USAA gives the money to make this RIGHT.
