      Regarding this location, I seldom use this location to deposit checks but when I do I deposit the check and get a receipt always easy. That said, USAA is a Great ONLINE Bank. USAA was created to be an ONLINE BANK so that way it keeps costs way down and BENEFITS WAY UP. I do understand if people want to go to a physical bank location and if you do then USAA is NOT for you. You can do most things with the USAA app like deposit checks and there are a lot of free money withdrawal ATM locations. Free Checking with NO balance limit whatsoever so even if you keep near 0 balance on your checking account there is NO monthly fees or any fees whatsoever for that. I do understand if people want physical bank branches and giving BAD reviews because of no physical bank branches.

      Not only has the terminal been out of service for 72+ hours but the entire screen is covered in graffiti now.

      This ATM is consistently out of order. I’ve filed numerous complaints through USAA. I make all my deposits here. It doesn’t help that this is the only USAA atm that takes deposits in all of San Diego.
