      I was very disappointed in the fact that I paid off the entire credit card balance due on time, at one time, on my credit card, and I was put on a seven day hold. I was told it was because I used another banking institution for payment, and I had never made a payment that large before. The Irony is that as of today the money has cleared my account and I am still on a hold? I could have made two smaller payments on on two different days before the due date, and my card would have had no hold. I called to have the hold removed and USAA said no. Really? I guess a customer for 35 years has no pull, and I haven ever been late on my card. Great commercials, but the real story about customer care might surprise you.

      Member for life: Not looking like it Do right by the member: definite no Car got rear-ended. Back up camera worked prior to collision, but doesn't work after the collision. Told that it was a bad nav system. So if it is bad, which I doubt since everything else works, what changed? Oh yea, the vehicle was rear-ended and the tailgate was replaced; neither was the customer’s fault so why am I being told that this is not being corrected?
