      OPEN THE LOBBY. Your “bank online and upload this and that to this and that folder” style of service is irresponsible. The app repeatedly shows that documents have been received but then they do not show as sent. I’m then passed along to the web tech office to figure out a “work around.” Really? Who has time for this trouble?

      No stars. USAA is one of the most horrible banks in the country. I've banked with them over 10 years and never was able to get a loan. Their customer service via, phone, chat or email is atrocious. Starts at the top. I use to admire them. I can't stand THIER f*ckin a**. I couldn't word it any other way. 100% trash a*ss bank. Wait, that's not even to say all the money I have deposited there has never been appreciated. Many of my coworkers can get cash advances and 2 day early checks from their institutions. USAA SUCKS. PLEASE leave San Antonio and Texas. Don't use mobile banking, these f*ckers will hold checks 3-7-11 days.
