      They no longer assist guests from other credit unions so I hope other CU don’t help their customers 👎🏻 I drove 45 minutes to find this out even though I was told by my bank it was a shared branch.

      If you asked me 5 years ago, I'd have give the agency a 5 star rating as the branch staff in kerhonkson are wonderful. Covid caused hours and operations to change which, while inconvient, forced me to deal with a loren wells and Mario Hildago via email and over the phone who mishandled a late fee during covid in 2020 costing the agency my trust and loyalty. Since then I've moved all of my personal business to TEG and find it to be a better experience with more locations and even mortgage options that alliance does not offer.
