      I've had U. S. Alliance since they were West Haven Fed. Credit Union. They were excellent. Then they were taken over & they are still good. The only thing is there is only 1 branch in Ct. & the 1 atm. Although a few other C.U.s honor the card. So it's up to u how that would work for u ?

      Excellent service went to use the ATM machine and no money came out but it deducted from my account so I went in the west haven branch where this wonderful lady by the name of myah was so much help she made it her priority to make sure I got my refund and thanks to her I got my money back the next day thank you Myah

      Kudos to star employee Loren (New Haven, CT) for helping me coordinate a last minute wire transfer to correct an issue caused by my other bank. I was very impressed with Loren and would highly recommend this bank as a result.
