      Closed the Chula Vista branch where I opened up mine and my daughters savings account without so much as a notification or email I walk up to make a transaction and the branch is boarded up. I will definitely be closing my accounts with your bank.

We closed our Chula Vista location over two months ago and sent email notifications to valued members like yourself who relied on the branch. We also posted the closure on our website, and knowing that emails can be easily missed, put up physical signs as well. We are in the process of identifying a new branch location in the area and will notify members once we are able to share the new address. In the meantime, if our neighboring branches – in La Mesa and Mission Valley – aren’t convenient for you, we’re happy to assist you over the phone.       Don't go near this place between 11 am and 1 pm due to all the people lining up for the drive thru at the food joint on the west side of the parking lot, The food place employee trying to direct traffic is more of a hazard and disruption than a helper.... he is only interested in making sure bank customers do not delay access to the drive thru lines..
