  Eleven years with USE Credit Union and I really like them. I miss my original teller (she got promoted and changed locations) but nearly every experience I've had with them has been positive. I definitely recommend USE for anyone looking for a credit union, and any UCD student or staff.

  I have been with USE for over 20 years.They have gone downhill in customer service in the past few years. Its unfortunate that they have become the CAN'T DO instead of being on the cutting edge of can do.

  I called USE credit union yesterday to make a payment on my vehicle and I was told no I could not make a payment. They repossessed my vehicle this morning and continue to refuse to take my payment. I was told I could not speak to a manager. I was told they did not have the invoice from the repo company after I had gotten off the phone with the repo company and was told that they sent the invoice to USE earlier this morning.
