  Every time I visit the USF Federal Credit Union in Sarasota, the service is warm, relaxed, and friendly. The entire staff is professional and very knowledgeable about the products and services they offer.

  I do not have account and I’m grateful for that! After being on hold for almost 20 minutes, all I wanted to do was verify that they are a shared branch with my wonderful Delta Community Credit Union and they couldn’t even verify that! All three others that I called to verify were able to do so but not this one. Not a good way of doing business. If I had been interested in open an account it would have been a easy NO after being placed on hold that long. Phew, now I am ever grateful to my wonderful credit union who actually cares about its members and potential new members!

  One of the slowest credit unions on the planet. Sometimes they won't even answer the phone during normal business hours. Give different excuses every time you talk to them. Paid off a loan with certified check and took them 4 weeks to release the lien. They said if we would have used cash it would have been quicker. So the next one we paid off we paid in cash. So far it's been 2 weeks. Still has a lien on it. Should only take 4 days. I'm sure they'll give some phony excuse on their response but People there just need to do their JOB
