My CU merged with this CU recently. Everything was OK at the start but then I opened a business account for my freelance work. After opening that account I began experiencing issues with transferring money from PayPal, Stripe, (my 2 invoicing services) and I also began experiencing issues paying one of my credit cards by bank transfer. After several weeks and many calls/emails with all companies involved including USSCO I concluded that somehow these three companies were being routed to/from the wrong account. I confirmed with paypal, Stripe, and my credit card company that they had the correct information from me. When I called to discuss this with USSCO I was told that the ONLY thing USSCO could do was schedule a 3 way call with the companies and make sure everyone was on the same page. Anyone who uses PayPal and Stripe knows that is NEVER going to happen. In fact that response, indicates a clear misunderstanding of how these services work. I am currently in the process of switching banks so I can once again transfer money from my payment services to my bank account. USSCO, is a good bank, with good service if you don’t need any modern conveniences. But stay away if you want to use any technology or service invented after the turn of the century.
