  I couldn’t be happier with my experience with this credit union! Hands down have gotten the best rate then ANYWHERE for a car loan. Every time I go in they are so nice and polite. I have never rated a banking establishment over 3 stars and I am more than happy with my experience with usx! Definitely recommend!

  If your looking for a true credit union. USXFCU is not it and you should keep looking! This is NOT credit union. They just informed me th at they are indeed are using a credit union name for their FOR-PROFIT company. So they are NOT a credit union. They carry banking hours and have long before covid ever happened. They told me they are member owned but their board of governors make the decisions, not the members. This is NOT a truly owned member business. We have been a member of USXFCU for over 15 years and over the years they have slowly veered away from being a credit union. They changed their credit requirements and now only members with a 650 score or higher or rich people, can obtain any type of loans. They told me their credit decisions are three-pronged but they make credit decisions based off credit score? UPDATE: USXFCU replied to this review with nothing but well written words to make it look as if they care about their members. Did you know they shut off your overdraft advance if your credit card is even 1 day past due. They do NOT care about their members financial situation and only see members as $$$.

  Whether phone call, drive up, or walk in the employees are always very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. I will miss this bank when I move out of state. Great place!
