Nelson Barss was the worst mortgage experience of my life. Rather than get me an equity line of credit he refinanced my loan first telling me everything would be okay and then we didn't have enough to do the equity line of credit so he got his four grand or whatever it was for the refi and and I got nothing. I actually ended up having to sell the house. It was just terrible. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Hi cBlock, I just left you a voicemail. I'd love to discuss your experience. It has been 2 years since this refinance, and it was not our first loan for you, so I'm sad to learn you feel this way. The refinance didn't work out like you or I had hoped due to a low appraisal, but we still managed to reduce interest rate and payment significantly with the refinance. At the time of closing I felt you were happy and the savings justified the costs, or I would have encouraged your to cancel.
