      I just had Teri Jackson reach out for a VOE. Upon providing the information for who to reach out to, I received the following response: "You know they are charging us $58 to get this form filled out are you sure you can't do it for us" with no punctuation. I responded that it is our company policy to have our provider complete the forms. Doug Jackson responded: "Jerks" with no punctuation. The lack of business writing skills made me think it was a phishing attempt. When I found out this was an actual business and the communication came from someone calling themselves a business professional, I was highly unimpressed.

      Cammie, We apologize for the negative email that you received. It not the standard of Doug or Utah Mortgage to have communication like that. We're always looking for ways to save our clients money wherever we can, often times it can be frustrating when unforeseen additional fees are added like a charge to verify employment, which we don't normally encounter. At the end of the day the loan officer and processor are just looking to save your employee money. Thank you for your feedback Utah Mortgage
