      My refinance experience was a drawn out process, not because of the business, but because of personal issues (a sticky divorce). I was given expert, personalized help over an agonizing 8 months as I tried to convince my ex to do a refinance. The help I received from Utah Mortgage Resource went above & beyond. I got speculative quotes, quotes for my ex, things way beyond what I expect from a lender. Dana was available to me for more hours of the day than anyone should be. I recommend her 100% to anyone who is considering buying, refinancing, or just needs to understand the home market better.

      I've purchased several homes in the past and this was by far the best experience I've ever had! Dana was prompt, fast, clear, professional, and thoughtful throughout the entire process.
