      My god, can they be worse? I've had a business account with these folks for 9 years and it's all but impossible to ever get someone on the phone for anything. 5 days ago we submitted an application under the Govt. payroll protection plan and received no reply. Tried calling, but a long wait only to get someone on the phone who had no information and couldn't even tell me if they even received the application. Same thing happened with attempts to chat. Very bad. UPDATE: Jan 2021 I'm changing this now because it seems the SBA was not keeping them in the loop properly. Eventually things straightened out and I got substantive responses from them and things worked out. Recently email communications have been good and subsequent transactions have been satisfactory. I still give 3 stars because phone communications continue to be poor and as businessman long waits to get someone on the phone to provide simple answers is most annoying.
