  We have been members for several years and have had savings, checking, auto loan and HELOC through them. Mobile banking is handy now that we don’t live near a branch. Staff is excellent and processes run smooth. We will always stay with UWCU for the majority of our financial needs.

  Absolutely horrible bank to work with. I have only been with them for one month for a vehicle loan and they have done nothing but screw me over. Taking double payments from my bank account and not refunding me. Asked for the payoff amount multiple times and each person on the phone gives a different number. My bank sent them the payoff amount then we get a call we still owe them $500 and there is nothing they can do because it was a verbal payoff agreement so they have no proof of what was said. Now I have to pay them $500 out of pocket to close my loan. Each person I have spoken with on the phone has no clue what they are talking about I’m placed on hold multiple times with still no solution. Not to mention when my bank sent them the pay off, they applied it as a payment, not a pay off. Absolutely ridiculous I have never had so many issues with a bank before.

  I went into this branch to set up automatic payments for my HELOC. I asked the teller (not sure what his name was) to calculate my minimum monthly payment amount. He calculated and then we set up the automatic payments. All was good until we hit a month with 31 days and my payment was short by $1.43. Kind of frustrating. That mistake could have dinged my credit.
