      When my husband and I opened our joint account here, 7 years ago they were very friendly. I went in the other day to make a somewhat uncommon deposit and they were patient and friendly with me while taking the time to figure out how to do it. I have not had a negative experience here to date.

      Major inconsistencies within the lending department. After years of credit building and loan payments I was denied the smallest request I have yet to make. I will be taking my money elsewhere and recommending everyone that I know to do the same.

      Horrible customer service and really not personable staff. Would never bank here and would recommend others never to come to this location. Worst customer service ever. Will avoid this branch dearly.
