      I am very happy with Valdir's job. I was able to get my home loan in the time manner. I had a lot of questions and he was able to helped every time I had questions. I supper recommend

      This guy Valdir is one of the most unprofessional and sketchy persons that we had ever met. We were in the process of purchasing a home and we needed a loan officer. We started the process as first time buyers and we were putting 3.5% down. Behind our backs he change the paperwork and put that we were going to put 50% down instead of the 3.5% without our knowledge. After confronting him with this, he acted like he didn't care and said that it was the realtors job to explain it to us. At the end we lost 50% of what we had put down. We were able to recover the other 50% thanks to a lawyer that we hired. Valdir was worried about getting a high commission on the deal and did not care about us. We don't recommend him.
