      Do not count on this company to help you with any type of lending. The communication is... well lets just say there is no communication. Shawn is the individual I was working with not sure about any others that are employed here, however I had to tell him more than once that the response time on his end was unacceptable especially because I was paying him for his time. Its been two months and still haven't heard from him on my SBA loan. I have had to spend countless hours online and on the phone with the SBA to see where he left off and what to do to get my companies funding. Turned out they responded to him and he didn't let me know I needed to submit additional documents. This is for my commercial business in which I will possibly lose because I need funding and he has delayed it and wasted two months time. !!! BEWARE!!!

      Ashley, we are extremely empathetic to your situation. As business owners, it's crucial that we have adequate business cash flow and capital. Unfortunately, SBA has been overwhelmed with EIDL applications and reconsiderations, which has caused business owners frustration, as it some times takes up to 2 months to get a response, other than the application/reconsideration is in process. Because of your businesses position, and from the beginning, we did not charge you any fees, as we didn't want to strain your business further, and because of SBA's original response to your application. Hopefully, you were able to receive funds from SBA or another source. If you still require assistance, we will be glad to help.
