  I went to the bank to take out a large sum of money I was told I have to fill out the slip since it was over 10,000 and come back in 2 days which was yesterday I get there yesterday and now I was told they on some type of lockdown the doors are closed but they didn't call me so I only was able to take out $5, 000 went there today to take out the rest and it was a problem and the guy was very arrogant so I just went to allwood road and Clifton where they always treat Me Nice no problem in and out just like that I will report him once I'm able to get through the doors I don't know his name but I know what he looks like and I know he was my teller when I took out $5,000 yesterday he's easy to find I will never go in that branh again and if there was a problem he should have caught me and followed up on his side of business not mine I only go by what I was told and I will follow up on this

  So far I have not had problems in that branch They have always treated me with kindness and respect They have improved the ATM I congratulate them I recommend
