  We do our business banking with Valley at this branch and find them to be accurate, courteous, helpful and go the extra mile for small business. Such service is hard to come by these days and means even more in these challenging times.

  Worst bank and most stressful experience in my life! If I could give it a negative rating, I would! I just sold my house and the buyers chose Valley Bank as their lender. We we're supposed to close on March 21st but we didn't close until April 17th barely! The lender tried to blame it on underwriting but I'm familiar with real estate transactions, so I knew the documents requested 2 days before our 4th scheduled closing date were standard documents that should have been handled in the beginning. Then she tried to blame her incompetence on the realtors, then on the title company. We had 5 extensions all because the lender obviously didn't know what she was doing.
