      Every time I go here its something. I've been paying a loan through valley for 14 months. Every time its very simple. Hand my ID plus the payment, in and out 5 minutes tops if I happen to stop and talk. Out of 14 payments I've come here twice and received the same experience. I pull up to the teller (6405) and don't even get greeted for the first 10 minutes I'm parked pressing the teller button. When she finally comes to the window she helps the woman that pulled in much later after me, no common sense. Then when she finally gets to me she asks for my social security number over the microphone, when shes holding my ID!! I'd imagine having the SSN saves her about 45 seconds of looking up my name by card. Either way I've never been asked for additional info with my identification at any location besides this one. I never leave reviews because who has the time for it? But now I'll take the time to say thanks for wasting mine, such laziness. Will not be back for any customer support I'll drive the extra 15 minutes to the next location.
