      Great Customer Service, tellers are very pleasant, fast service inside and while using the drive through. Unlimited parking unlike other banks where people have to wait for a parking spot. Jenny Sye is amazing, patient and very professional. Definitely my new favorite Valley..

      Don't even deserve a star, would not cahs my check when I have an account here, even my husband .they were not friendly ,I left aggregated. Then I went to franklin ave branch, no hassle .so much friendlier. Don't go to this branch unless you want to get yelled at.

      One of the absolute worse banking institutions that I've ever dealt with. Opened a few accounts in January of 2020. Upon finally closing the accounts in November of 2020, my debit card never worked. My daughter never even got her card. This is after many calls and in person visits to both this branch and the branch on Franklin Ave in Nutley. Why does Valley make people jump through hoops just to open a simple checking account? Why is it that 11 months later, I had no choice but to close the accounts because of the incompetency of everyone I've dealt with?. I was told my card would work and my daughter would get her card in a few business days.... Many many many times. After this experience, I will trust nobody who works for this bank because as far as I am cncerned , I was also lied to.... Many many many times.
