      This bank has to teach their employees a code of conduct and how to be professional and do their work with unbiased views and remain neutral to all parties involved. They employ a manager who thinks it’s ok to withhold information from me as a legal representative of a family member. She knowingly and intentionally withheld information from me. I am now seeking legal action against this bank and said employee.
