  the worst! the slowest banking experience you can find at any Valley locations. Whether you go inside or to the drive thru, it will be a long process. To cash a single check or deposit one check could easily turn into a 20min ordeal. If there is more than one car waiting at the drive up window just turn around and leave.

  Would not let me take my money out after telling me they would let me because I showed up close to closing time. I waited at least a half hour then they refused to let me take my money out. very inconvenient bank
