  Great place, great ambiance.. clean and very helpful. My first time at the Henderson branch and I was greeted with Starbucks & Fredjly bakes cookies lol. Isabel was and has always been extremely helpful in every way possible , very patient during my business planing and funding.. Marcy articulated everything perfectly while opening my business & personal account.. thank you guys. PS. King Yass I think you have the wrong bank.

  This is the world's worst bank. Do not move your business account there ever. Do not move your personal account there ever. All of their employees have quit because they hate the bank management. This bank can barely process a check, let alone handle the needs of a bank customer. There are many other business banks in Nevada, stay away from this one as fast as you can.

  So back in November, I made a comment about how helpful the bank was” I was actually speaking on 1 or 2 individuals. I noticed a guy say that the bank was racist “ and I must say as a young black business owner” struggling to keep it going” I believe the bank is racist” my account was compromised by some PayPal scam” which the banker heard while I was taking to PayPal fraud customer service .. they credited my account & it was a fake check someone some where tried to use” which again the banker found to be fraud” I signed an affidavit & more. The next day they told me they came to a decision to close my account when I in fact did not 1thing wrong.. so on that note. Yes! I think race / color played a part” if I was a rich white man with $500,000 in deposits I can promise you I would not have been walking out of that place without a apology , how can I help you sir etc... this is crazy” they act as if I did something wrong & now I have to build business banking history ALL OVER AGAIN! I do not recommend this place to anyone. They are slow, unprofessional, outdated , & very very I knowledgeable with true banking.. if you don’t believe me” bank with them for a month.. NORTH LAS VEGAS BRANCH SHOULD BE SHUT Down.
