      Worst business banking experience I have ever encountered. Their mobile app is really subpar. Their online system is terrible (both the new one and the old one). They cut over to a new system in February and deleted ALL MY TRANSACTIONS from 2020. They did this to every business customer. No notice, no backups, no access to the old transactions. This means I have to manually type everything in so that I can file taxes and update Quickbooks. These folks are polite but have no idea how to run a bank. Steer well clear of Valley Bank.
