      As always they provide fast and friendly service. Been that way for years. Great credit union.

      Customer service is not the best. Never enough tellers. Today I went to the bank and requested some registers for my checkbook. I told the teller, that I go through check registers rather quickly. I requested a couple more and she informed me, that’s all she had. I’m sure, that another teller or in a supply area, that there were more check registers. I seldom go into the bank and this was lazy on her part.

      DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Thieving bank that will purposely over draft and fine you if you do not update your address with them. I've updated my info with them FIVE TIMES over the phone and in person. RIDICULOUS. Again, I can not stress enough DO NOT BANK with them beyond the $25 minimum they require when you take a loan out. If it was just for loan rates, they get 4 stars. Unfortunately, you have to maintain a facade of an account with them and their service is nothing short of god-awful and their technology is almost 3rd world. Do yourself a favor and bank with a quality institution which would be anything other than Valley First.
