Valley First Credit Union is such an exceptional banker. I've been going here a few months now and I've had nothing but exemplary service from all the staff. Firstly, Mark, one of the staff, is always so courteous and makes you feel comfortable without being invasive. He seemingly can solve any problem he is thrown. Mariah, she is such a joy with her charismatic ambiance and is always smiling, even while answering multiple and perhaps complex questions about my account(s). And lastly, Kim, the manager, she, makes you the top priority in her branch, even if she isn't dealing with you directly, she makes sure to greet you no matter what point in your visit. Her knowledge and leadership seems to also radiate in her staff as well. I always feel welcome, safe and financially secured by these wonderful individuals I have come to know on a drop in basis when having questions or needs with my account(s). I recommend as well that anyone bank here due to the professionalism and financial security that Valley First Credit Union offers and upholds.

Opened an account to have a local credit union. The online app is lack luster. Couldn’t deposit checks. We thought we opened a free account after the first couple months they started charging monthly. Went in to get change or close. The guy was sorry it shouldn’t have cost. Talked us into keeping our account open. The next month they charged us again. Closed account. Not for us.
