      I had the Crystal replaced on my watch but it was not set flush. Naturally, It chipped days after picking it up and when I brought it back the repair man told me it wasn't his fault because that's how the watch was before and that's how Casio makes their watches.Total nonsense. He did poor work, refused to acknowledge it, and lied to my face. I have since purchased another Casio and, imagine my shock, the crystal is flush!!
