      I have been with this bank for roughly 17 years, over the last 5 years it seems to have drastically gone down hill. have had numerous issues that i have tolerated. i am currently travelling for work and pulled up my account to purchase a plane ticket back to mn. in the last 11 days i have racked up $640 in fees over being roughly $30 overdrawn. but they will refund 400 in fees if i deposit close to $700. until then i will continue to be charged $5 to $30 a day in fees. this might be legal on their but i don't understand how it i can be moral or ethical.

      Very poor customer service in Moorhead, most of them are just rude and not very helpful. I would never bank here. I would think twice before you open an account with them
