      This pawn shop is really bad because they scam people and there is one lady that doesn't know how to explain correctly. Her name is Ana and the other one is Raul. He is super rude and bitter.

      This is the most unprofessional pawn shop I've ever been. Said they would buy my laptop. It was in pefect condition. Had the password but was told i had to remove my password or they can't take it. None of them new how to do it out of the 3 that were there then told me they didn't want it. Even though the computer was open and read to go. I will never do business with them again. They were rude and acted like the were above me. I also want to add i will be reporting the to the city and corporate.
