The staff at Value Pawn & Jewelry was very friendly and helpfully today. I was looking for a tool bag, but none were on display. They brought the perfect one from the back of the store and made my day!

(Visited the store on Monday, 6/27/22, the manager, Steve is ALWAYS very polite, courteous, professional and helpful. He's the manager this location needed.) Previous experience a year ago: POOR customer service...one of the worst locations for Value Pawn. Visited the store a few times and no one EVER asked me if I needed help. Instead the employees are sitting around just talking or texting on their cell phones while sitting behind the jewelry counter and front counter.
