  I would not hesitate to recommend Natalie Giles and her team to anyone needing a mortgage loan. Very stress-free process that was completed in a timely manner. Natalie was very helpful with providing options that would best help us reach the outcome we were trying to achieve.

  Very happy with the entire process and also felt like the rates and the service they gave us could not be touched. We worked with Natalie Giles on this, and again, could not be happier! Our mortgage holder bank even called when they got news of what we were doing and wanted to try to refi with them, and when I gave them the rates that VanDyk gave, they pretty much laughed and told me they could not even come close to that :). Also appreciative that everything was electronic and easy to do. The process from start to finish did take over a month, but one can imagine with everything going on and the rates, everyone is refinancing and I know they are super busy, yet I always knew I was important to them and they were working hard. Would absolutely use them again, and again and recommend them to anyone!

  A fantastic mortgage company that assisted me and made my home buying experience an easy experience. Assisting me by laying out everything I would be paying and the interest rates for the best deals for me. Everything was detailed for me in terms I could understand and they worked well around my difficult work schedule.
