  Not very professional, and I feel misled. Would not recommend Be ready for headaches! We spent countless hours chasing all different types of documents, some of which were things I didn't even know existed. They were constantly asking for new documents nonstop, and even asked us to chase NEW DOCUMENTS THE MORNING OF CLOSING. Like uhhh, you've known the closing date for weeks and you couldn't have asked us several weeks ago? Yes, literally after the thought the deal was over and had already driven over an hour to the title company they makes us chase down new documents. Then my real estate agent called Kim at the mortgage company to explain how in 20 years, she's never seen anything this unprofessional. and she HUNG UP on us....meanwhile, we're just sitting there in the parking lot of the title company not knowing what the hell to do next...Do we have to cancel and drive home? uhh? There was no communication until we called her back and after several hours of unnecessary drama, finally we were able to locate the newly sought after paperwork. We also bought a new place with the intention of refinancing to get it into a family member's name a few months after closing. Kim knew this and mislead us, knowing from my tax return that she already had they we wouldnt be able to do this. I made only $80,000 in taxable income in 2020 and therefore they claim that's not enough and I cannot afford the $1,400 mortgage to refinance Oh yea, then they'll sell your mortgage to another corporation without even telling you. And when you cant figure out how to pay your mortgage because they've sold it, you get to go on a new scavenger hunt to figure out what the hell is going on. Hopefully you figure it out quick, or else you'll miss a monthly payment and that means $$$$. The emails I get from Kim have several grammar errors in almost every email. very unprofessional and elementary school level stuff. I wish I received a better service because then I wouldn't have had to waste my time typing all this up but I want to be a good samaritan to warn the American public. This is what you may be getting into
