Keith was great to work for, I was his clients buying agent and he kept me well informed as to what was going on. They also sent helpful videos to my client so she understood what was happening with each phase of the loan which also helped me! He was great to work with !

I do not recommend this company. Especially Keith Riley off of Reynolds Road. Vandyke Mortgage has mortgages that are sold to to other mortgage companies and per their 1-888 # they are not taking any more payments. Well... I checked my account - they took half a payment and VanDyke says they don't do 1/2 payments. Keith Riley isn't returning calls, emails and they have my money for a mortgage they don't even have any longer! If your mortgage is recommended to go to VanDyke Mortgage - I would steer clear of them. I only knew just cuz I had a feeling it was all jacked up with the mortgage being transferred to another company. AVOID THIS MORTGAGE COMPANY!!!!!! Finally after 4 calls and 3 emails Keith calls and said 'send them the letter and they do - not my job'. He is worthless and as long as it isnt him he doesn;t care. He is in Key West and refused to help. They only got a star cuz it wouldn't let me do one of the reviews without it. They did have a clean bathroom and they were open late to accommodated working people but that is all they get a star for !!!!!!!!
