  Vanguard Lending is make my dream come true to own a house .they are proffetional ,honest and hard worker. i have the best expriance with this company and dole is going extra mile by sacrifice her personal time to help me .i will recomend to everyone i know if they have planing to buy a house .thank you Vanguard and dole omar for giving me the best service .

  Worst loan office Dole Omer . I was refered to her by my realtor..big mistake. She is just interested in her commission, I had been postponing this review. But I have to share. She made a mistake in our the paperwork. It should had been an easy fix, but turned into catastrophe of a lazy lender. After she finished screaming on the phone how nothing was her fault, I guess she realized what she had done and stopped answering phone calls. Just sent unspecific email to try to cover and avoid issue saying she was trying to work on it. but nothing happened, the deal was lost.. we moved on to a different lender. An apology would had been nice Stay away from her.

  As reviews are a public forum, we'll respond to you with the hopes of informing the public. In reality "Jerry Smith", is not now; nor has anyone by the name of "Jerry Smith" ever been a client of ours. Although we were highly skeptical of the story to begin with, we wanted to perform our due diligence and research to see if such a client even existed prior to our response. "Jerry Smith's" story was just sensational enough to keep your attention, but was vague on any specifics. In addition to posting a fake review by using a fake name, "Jerry Smith" failed to enlighten us on what the "mistake was in our paperwork" or what would have made it such an "easy fix"; or to specify the duties not performed that demonstrate "a lazy lender". "Jerry" further fails to illuminate for us, how he came to the determination that Dole, after "screaming on the phone how nothing was her fault", later "realized what she had done". How was this determined? What is an "unspecific email" mean? It is entirely unbelievable that "Jerry" would lose a real estate deal on account of a "simple fix", without going to another lender who could close the transaction. Not only could we not find a client "Jerry Smith" in all of our company's existence, but we could not find any thread of emails, texts, etc... with any kind of exchange approximating anything like what was described in this Google Review. We take our level of expertise and the services we provide to our clients very seriously. The real clients of ours who had used our services stated on this platform that we were nothing but a 5-Star Mortgage Lender. We know that our services are designed to serve as a bridge between where our clients are in their lives when they meet us, to where they want to be after we have diligently performed to make their aspirations a reality. In closing, we understand that the "Review" platforms that exist, while often used by legitimate clients or customers, will invariably sometimes be used for illegitimate purposes by those who are affiliated with our competitors or for other issues separate from the services we deliver. Unfortunately, we understand that these illegitimate purposes are done in an effort to bring down our review rating or to otherwise create a narrative that attempts to blemish our reputation. We stand ready to serve the REAL "Jerry Smith" out there in need of our excellent and professional lender services, to help facilitate their financial needs.
