      I love this bank, the personnel is very profesional, friendly, nice and always very happy. They have proven to be the best bank in town. As soon as you walk in the door they know your name and make you feel very comfortable. As a business operating in El paso for well over 10 years they have made us feel like family. Vantage Bank By Shadow Mountain is the best bank in town.

      I opened a business account at this branch and it was the worst experience I've ever had at a bank. It took almost two hours of me sitting there before my account was set up. Then, the banker who helped me set up the account failed to tell me that the funds wouldn't be available for 15 days. So my first two checks promptly bounced and the only one who can help me with the $70 in fees that have been charged to my account is the branch manager who won't call me back and doesn't have a voicemail set up. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BANK!!!!
