      This bank isn't letting me use my debit card while there is no suspicious activity happening. I called and asked for a bank statement, they said they would call back and then blocked my card so I can't even use my own debit card. Horrible service

      The worst. First their computer system Was down told TheM I would come back later and when I did theY Wanted to upsale me on an account with more fees. Then they started to ask me about my political affiliations...uhhh none of your business! thatS when I said WHAT? Told lady it Was my personal information to just destroy Any documents they had of mine! ...all for trying to help out a local branch. Having lived in Edinburg all my life ...I guarantee that branch won’t last another couple years. They just don’t know Edinburg.
