      I've been in this credit union 20+ years so I can't leave because it is my oldest account and my credit report would take a ding, so I keep the minimum amount in to avoid a monthly fee. But I do all my day-to-day transactions from a real bank.

      Joseph- We're sorry to hear that you aren't using Vantage for your daily needs. There are accounts you can have that don't incur monthly fees. If you need assistance, please let us know. Also, we truly aren't a bank—we're a credit union. While we offer the same products and services, our structure is different. Vantage is not-for-profit and owned and directed by it's 'customers' whom we refer to as members. Banks are for-profit and owned and directed by investors. Hope we're able to be of more service to you in the future!

      Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Can’t even call a branch and when you call the service hotline you get hung up on

      Known for hidden fees. Be carefully even with a simple savings account they apply dormant fees. Their online banking is very dated and their customer service is mediocre at best, I’d simply invest elsewhere.
