      Brian Grove is an absolute professional. Presented Brian with an interesting and very unique situation. When we first spoke, he told me that he was optimistic that he would be able to do what I wanted to do. Though I was skeptical, given the circumstances, it all worked out. Any major purchase is frustrating. For anyone reading this, I would suggest faith and patience. You are in excellent hands and if he can help you, he will. Take that to the bank! Some people do their jobs and others go above and beyond and this is why they excel. Highly recommend. Would absolutely use again.

      Brian and Jeff are great! They worked with us when we didn't have the best credit and picked a crazy time to buy. Brian worked with me, answered every question, even while his wife had a baby. They work with a very needy and picky couple in their 40s lol. Locked us in a great interest rate when they are on the rise, quickly turned around an issue that would have delayed closing the night/day of closing. Can't say enough! Katie our realtor is fantastic she showed us every house without question and put in as many bids as we needed. Ultimately that all added up to getting our dream home! Thank you!
