They say their drive through is open until 6pm.but they aren't. Lobby closes at 5pm. Very disappointed

Waited over thirty minutes for a scheduled meeting with an auto loans agent. The agent was not only nowhere to be found, but none of the other agents knew how to help us. I am glad I just came by to sell a car and don’t have an actual account with this credit union. Would never trust them with my money.
