  5 stars for Cara McCarthy. I've had another auto loan in the past and currently have a credit card with vantage west. When I first applied to refinance my current auto loan I spoke with someone by the name of Nathan who was not so great. I then requested another loan officer and dealt with Cara who has been awesome! Shes a great asset to your company. Will continue to give my business to you guys

  A terrible experience, stay far away from this credit union! The staff is kind, but extremely uneducated. I was working with their auto loan department to finance a vehicle off Vroom - Online Dealership (2nd largest in the country), they approved me for $10,000, I had the dealership send me the paperwork to send to them. I subsequently opened an account with VW, had them pull my credit, and during the very final step of the process they informed me they actually do NOT work with Vroom... After I stated many many times that is where I am financing a vehicle from. So... I opened an account, had them hard inquire pull my credit, and have the dealership finalize paperwork only to be told "sorry we don't work with them"... So now I have to go into the branch and cancel my account (they won't do over the phone), and have multiple hard credit inquiries on my score... Plus, the dealership has to redraft all my paperwork causing 2-3 days delay from me getting into my vehicle... An absolutely terrible experience. Save yourself the time and stress... Chose literally any other credit union to do business with. Don't trust your money with clowns who don't know their own loan policies. All said and done, feels like I was lied to just so they could get me to open an account with them. Disgusting.

  Tried to get a fraudulent charge on my credit card disputed and all VW rep “Clarissa” and her Supervisor “Martin”’want is a $25 fee to do their job. Not one other Visa card I carry charges a fee for a disputed transaction! VW you will not be in business long if this is how you treat your customers!!!!
