Got the right at 1pm when they were closing and instead of turning me away they opened the door and took care of my banking needs.. most places wouldn't do that... they'd pretend not to see me...

No night drop at Catalina location. Very inconvenient

Thank you for the feedback Steven. We apologize for the inconvenience. The format of this branch is unfortunately not conducive to having a night drop feature. As an alternative, many of our Members elect to utilize the ATM for after-hours deposits or to visit our closest night drop location at our Northwest Branch location on Magee road off of Oracle. Very disappointing. We've had a business account with this bank for a couple years. It was a complicated process to say up the account and even the most minor change requires extender measures within their policies. They've blocked my debit card twice for reasons even they cannot explain, helps my deposit for too long, but turned card back on without additional calls, and won't give counter checks. They have my money and make it nearly impossible to retrieve it! *Update...2 months later they reply to this review lol. Sorry, I will be closing the account soon and going with a less complicated bank for our business.
