Opening an account was VERY easy, (thank U Natejah!!) and the tellers especially ROXANNE were extremely friendly and helpful!!!! Not to mention the ONLINE INTERFACE (website) IS AWESOME!!!!

Just visited my Credit Union at 32nd & Shea to apply for an auto loan for an incoming new vehicle. I first met Keccia who was extremely kind and helpful. She had me wait momentarily to sit quietly in an office to visit with Rubi and get all of my info. The loan was approved within minutes while we chatted. What a great experience...what great customer service. I highly recommend this location.

Antiquated/bureaucratic/inflexible/inefficient of a bank establishment!!! This CU is even worse than any of the big banks! This day in age - for such silly business practices, they ain't gonna be growing or ain't being around for too long... Don't waste your time or be even remotely considering joining when given their pathetic promotions. There are so many other and better choices - be the national big banks, local banks, on-line banks, etc!
