      I know Mr. Bond on a more personal level and have a major problem with his character. From my experience, he is not trust worthy, deceptive and an ego-maniac. He is well known within the community and uses his influence to get what he wants and will do whatever it takes. He uses the court system knowing that its bleeds others financially. Just google his name! I know of this to be true through a encounter with him. He and I own separate properties at the Sebago Lake Lodge and he has clouded my real-estate title with a lien since, 2015. Although he is not a board member he took the liberty in convincing the board members to place this lien and from what I've seen with my own eyes he is in cahoots with some of the board members whom are reaping the benefits of doing what they want on the property while violating the by-laws. I assume the attorney who signed off on the lien knew, Mr. Bond and asked no questions nor proof of the false accusations. I actually hired an attorney at the time who wrote a letter in my defense pointing out all the condo document by-laws he and the board members are violating. My attorney was eventually swayed by Mr. Bond and turned against me by way of allowing this lien to take place and doing nothing about it. When I confronted this attorney, he claimed "he didn't know", lol, How incompetent!! In ending all that has been written here can be verified through years of written certified documents. Needless to say, all my concerns have fallen on deaf ears and the lien sits idle, clouding my title. Note: This lien is NOT due to unpaid monthly condo fees, they are up to date. The lien was placed because I refuse to be financially bullied into paying bills in which they never showed proof of when I request copies and a loan note that was taken on the property in clear violation of the condo docs.
