  BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. They are thieves and steal from there customer's. They change their policy's based on what benefits them. And no matter who you call/talk to/ask nobody has an answer to give you. I asked why the policy that they told me was in place 6 months ago want being applied and all I got after 6 hours on the phone and 2 trips in was its up to the branch . I was like my original branch is closed. And they said sorry we don't know what to tell you. Save your money. Save your credit. Go somewhere else!!!!

  We were told of service we never got, it doesn't function like a normal bank. Your bill pay doesn't pull out immediately like it would with any other bank I've ever used so, you really have no way of keeping up with how your bills are being paid unless you keep an old-fashioned check register. Let's face it those aren't exactly what anyone uses anymore in the digital age. What's the point of having bill pay If you have to monitor it like you were going to pay the bills yourself? If you close an account and something comes through after the account is closed it will reopen and overdraft it. The tellers don't really care that this isn't how banks are supposed to work and that this isn't something that's standard. They just tell you that they can't do anything about how their Bank works. Well, you could you know, talk to somebody that has the ability to do that. Or you could just let me.
