  Generally, very good service at the Woodland Park branch. Courteous staff. Have had some turnover during the past year, but, with a little grace, it’s easy to get things done, whenever I have to visit the branch. Vectra/ Zions 1-800 system tends to be byzantine and takes effort to connect to a live person. The on line banking site has improved substantially since I first started banking with them almost 10 years ago.

  I've been using this Vectra for years. Started a savings account when I was a kid. I enjoy Vectra because they've had the most consistent ATM up time out of MY experiences. However lately, it's been a little hungry. Deposited my cash and it decided to keep it AND my card. This was after it told me to retrieve my cash, while the door was closed. So... I now have a large sum of money missing. They are not able to open their ATM, and the people that can come out will do it next week. I struggle with social encounters due to many health reasons, so the drive through ATM was perfect. Today I got told to just do all my banking in person, and I wouldn't have this issue again. "Next time talk to someone and you won't have this issue" speaks volumes about how they care about their own services and equipment. Having apparently "all" of the managers there in a meeting, while being told that it was my fault that money is in limbo, did not feel great. It's very frustrating. So while I'm out almost 800$ and a debit card, Im finding a new bank and will be awaiting some sort of remedy. To reiterate, my property is stuck in their equipment, which they do not have access to and will not for a week. Do not use their ATM, and if you have an issue, your money and health status may not be treated as one would expect.
