Aida was extremely unhelpful. I went in excited to refinance my car & she seemed completely uninterested in helping me. Maybe I’ll have better luck at the gardens location.

BEWARE they will charge you exorbitant return item fees just for being a few dollars short of a scheduled payment (I had cash on hand I would’ve just added it to my account had the transaction gone through) and refuse to refund them, stating that you should’ve chose the members plus package (this was never given to me as an option when I signed up online) thanks Velocity, I’m now $200 short in a recession. It might feel nice to support a credit union but save yourself the time, energy & tears and just go to a real bank.
