      Used the ATM to withdraw rent money, the ATM charged me but never dispensed any money. On top of that, all the bank employees had to say was "call your bank"..... Definitely left some to be desired as far as customer service. Now we wait 7 to 10 days to have a mistake fixed that never should have occured in the first place and hopefully don't lose my apartments in the process.

      Long time customer and love this bank even through the name change from CNB. Glad to finally get a branch in Palestine since no longer work in Henderson. Keep up the good work and I hope your here to stay in Palestine
